Process
From your DJ enquiry to the event
Your package estimate is the starting point, not a reservation. Availability, scope and booking are agreed personally with you.
1. Configure your event
Choose your occasion, location, approximate guest count, playing time and optional subwoofer. The estimate covers your selected package; travel and further requests still need discussion.
2. Enquire without obligation
Add music preferences, contact details and open questions. Submission is possible only when the enquiry service is available. An enquiry is not a booking and does not trigger a payment.
3. Discuss availability and details
We discuss a suitable DJ based on your occasion, music wishes and availability. We clarify the date, venue, access and equipment needs; the calculator does not confirm an available date.
4. Agree the quote and booking
Scope, travel and any extra equipment are itemised before booking. We agree the quote and booking personally; completing the planner is not a substitute for that agreement.
5. Plan your music
Discuss favourite tracks, musical priorities, songs to avoid and special moments in an online call with your DJ. A playlist is a starting point for discussion, not an automatically approved running order.
6. Hold your event
Access and set-up times are agreed beforehand. Regular set-up and teardown are outside your booked playing time. On the day, the agreed scope applies.
