Travel and any additional equipment will be itemised before booking. Mention playing times beyond eight hours, special setups and other requests so we can agree the scope. The displayed package estimate is not a final total for requirements that have not yet been clarified.
Which equipment needs separate agreement?
The two party lights are already included. A microphone and other additional equipment are not part of the estimate unless explicitly confirmed. Full room, stage or event lighting is not included.

Does guest count change the price?
Guest count does not automatically change the displayed standard package prices. Before booking, we discuss whether the standard setup suits your venue and event or whether additional equipment is needed.
